Solarwebsitesthatbookthesurveys
The homeowner researches solar panel costs for three weeks, then collects three quotes. The site either answers the research or never makes the list. From £29 a month.
How much do solar panels cost. Do they pay off. What about the roof. The homeowner researches for weeks before anyone gets a survey, and the three quotes they finally collect go to whoever answered the reading. A quote-first site never makes the shortlist.
Portal leads are priced like installs
The portals know what an installation is worth, and they price the lead accordingly, sold to several installers at once. When the homeowner is comparing three quotes anyway, paying to be one of the three is the most expensive seat in the market.
Grant surges meet a site that was never ready
When a scheme opens, everyone searches at once. A site built once and left cannot absorb a surge, and the portal lead prices spike exactly then. The installer whose site already answers the questions meets the surge with a full survey calendar.

Solar website questions
How much does a solar website cost?
Website plans are £29 or £59 a month for 12 months, or £261 or £531 paid in full. From the second year, hosting and upkeep are £40 or £60 a year. One-off builds, outside the plans, are £497 or £997, fixed before work starts.
Can the site cover panels, batteries and EV chargers separately?
Yes, because homeowners search them separately. A page per installation, each answering what it costs, what it saves and how long it takes, means the research weeks end on your site instead of somebody else's.
How long does it take?
Most sites go live within 3 working days, and larger sites within 7. On a website plan, you see the site before anything is billed. The biggest factor is how quickly you can send installation photos and approve pages.
Do you have solar clients yet?
Not yet, and we would rather tell you than invent a case study. The build standard is the one behind every site in our portfolio, you review your site on a private preview link, and nothing goes live until you approve it.
What about getting found on Google?
Every site is built so Google can read it: fast, mobile-first and with local business schema. Ranking for the searches is a separate service: local SEO for solar installers, from £299 a month, is the monthly work that fills the survey calendar.
Do you only work with UK installers?
No. We work with installers anywhere. Our office is in the UK and our prices are in GBP, and that is the whole of the geography: the whole build runs remotely, with every review stage online.
Monthly or pay in full: which should I pick?
There are two ways to pay. Pay monthly: £29 (Starter) or £59 (Growth) a month for 12 months. Or pay in full for 25% off: one payment of £261 for Starter or £531 for Growth. You get the same website either way, and you pay nothing until you approve it.
Who are the website plans for?
Trade and home-service businesses: roofing, plumbing and heating, electrical, plastering, builders, property maintenance, landscaping and gardening, gutters and roofline, cleaning, pest control, painting and decorating, tree surgery, driveways and paving, windows and doors, bathrooms and kitchens. Other kinds of business can have a site built at our one-off web design prices instead.
What counts as a small update?
A text or image change to a page you already have, such as new prices, a fresh photo or an updated offer, up to 30 minutes of work. Starter includes 1 a year, Growth up to 3 a year. More than that: £20 a batch, a set of small changes sent together, up to 30 minutes of work. New pages and bigger jobs are quoted first.
Is there anything else to pay?
The first year of hosting is included. From the second year, hosting, security and upkeep are £40 a year on Starter or £60 on Growth. Your domain is included when we manage it in our account. If you keep it in your own, you renew it yourself. Extra small updates are £20 a batch.
Is the price the same everywhere?
For almost everyone, yes. In a small number of highly competitive services or areas, such as emergency plumbing in central London, a competitive-market fee applies on top. We tell you before you sign, and it is never added later.
What is the business email on Growth?
An address on your own domain, such as [email protected], for receiving email. Put it on your website, socials and vans, and every message is forwarded to your personal inbox. To send from it as well, set up Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Zoho Mail yourself. We add the DNS records for you, and you do the rest of the setup.
Can I stop the instalments early?
All 12 payments are due. You can pay off the rest in one go at any time. Once it is paid for, the site is yours.
What happens after the first year?
Your site stays online with us for £40 a year on Starter or £60 on Growth, covering hosting, security and upkeep, with your yearly updates. If you would rather move it, we transfer your domain for free and hand over the site.
Can I move from Starter to Growth?
Yes, at any time. You pay the difference in price, and on monthly payments the difference is added across your remaining payments.
What if a payment fails?
We message you first. If it is not sorted within 14 days, the site is paused until it is.
