Website care plan questions
Do you only look after WordPress sites?
No. We care for WordPress, Shopify, static sites and custom builds. The checklist is the same: updates, backups, security, speed and support. The tools differ, the care does not.
What counts as a small edit?
Text changes, image swaps, new offers, small page sections. Roughly up to thirty minutes of work in a month on Professional. Complete covers unlimited reasonable edits.
What if my site breaks?
We restore from the most recent clean backup, find the cause, and fix it. Care clients always get priority response. This covers problems that start with our work or our updates. It does not cover breakage caused by someone else working on the site, or by an automatic change in the technology your site runs on, such as a host or platform forcing an upgrade. In those cases we will tell you what happened and quote the repair separately.
Can I move between tiers?
Yes, any month. Upgrade when your site grows, scale back when it is quiet. The price changes only when the tier changes.
