What does the free speed check include?
We measure your Core Web Vitals from real visitor data and lab tests, page by page, and tell you honestly whether a rescue is worth paying for. You keep the measurements whatever you decide.
How long does a rescue take?
Most rescues are finished in 3 to 5 business days from the go-ahead. You get the date before you pay, and the before and after report follows as soon as the re-test is done.
Can the fixes break my site?
No. We keep a full backup from before we start, so the site can be put back exactly as it was. Every fix is re-tested, and you see the before and after numbers before we sign off.
Do I need a care plan to get a speed rescue?
No. The rescue is a one-off job with a fixed price. A care plan is the way to keep the site fast afterwards, and plenty of clients take both, but neither depends on the other.
Which platforms can you speed up?
WordPress and WooCommerce, Shopify and other hosted stores, static sites and custom builds. The causes differ by platform, which is why we measure before we quote.
